At Peel Youth Services, we fervently believe that when young people feel valued by society, the whole world benefits.

That feeling of self-worth that begins deep inside us, that must be nurtured and raised and supported until it is a self-sustaining truth, makes young people feel better about themselves.

And when you feel better about yourself, you feel better about others.

And when individuals act this way together, then whole communities begin to act this way.

And when that happens, the whole world changes.

For the better.

Need someone to talk to?

Sometimes young people need a helping hand to navigate the complexities of being a teenager today.  PYS provides one-on-one counselling to develop strategies to overcome the difficulties they are facing at home.

Programs for Young Mums

We give young mums new reasons to believe in themselves.

We give them confidence in their ability to be in control of their lives. We give them the self-fulfilling belief they need to make choices about their place in society, not be victims of circumstance who think they have no say in how their life ends up.

Early Years Learning Hut works with parents 25 years and under, providing information, tools and resources on raising children. This is a supported playgroup allowing learning through play, allowing children to be curious and inquisitive and helping parents learn how to play with their children.

Making the Right Decisions

Peel Youth Services empowers young women 14-17 attending a high school in the Peel region  to reach their fullest potential through a wide range of services including counselling, outreach, in-school and school holiday workshops.  Bullying, body image, social media and life choices are common problems for them and Choyces helps our young women to make informed decisions for their future health and well-being.
